Digital Products & Services Policy

Due to the digital and intangible nature of all products and services offered—such as online courses, ebooks, photo/video presets, digital templates, guides, consultations, and memberships—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once digital products are purchased, accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing or using your digital products, please contact us at support@tramnble.com and we will provide prompt assistance to resolve any technical or accessibility concerns.

Online Course Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality educational content that helps you build a successful social media presence and creative brand. To ensure fairness and support accountability, we offer a conditional refund for The Creator Course within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the eligibility requirements below.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate a good-faith effort to apply the strategies and skills taught in the course. Please include the following documentation with your request:

  • Social Media Content Implementation: Screenshots or links to at least 9 original social media posts (such as Reels, photos, or videos) published after enrolling, clearly applying concepts from the course such as editing techniques, branding strategies, or caption frameworks.
  • Profile Optimization: A screenshot of your Instagram profile showing updates related to personal branding, niche focus, or layout improvements inspired by Module 1.
  • Photography or Videography Practice: Before-and-after examples or screenshots demonstrating use of course-taught editing techniques (e.g., photo composition, color correction, video transitions, or mobile app usage).
  • Brand Outreach Efforts: Copies or screenshots of at least two brand pitch emails or messages created using the guidelines or templates provided in the course.
  • Optional Supporting Information: Any additional evidence that demonstrates your engagement and application of the course content, such as content plans, engagement analytics, or notes on progress.

Refund Request Procedure

  • Timeframe: Submit your request within 30 days of the original course purchase, no later than 11:59 PM EST.
  • Submission: Email your full refund request and supporting documentation to support@tramnble.com with the subject line: Refund Request – The Creator Course.

Refunds will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion based on submitted documentation and alignment with this policy.

Non-Refundable Digital Items

Unless stated otherwise above, the following digital products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Online courses or modules not part of The Creator Course
  • Digital downloads (photo/video presets, editing templates)
  • Ebooks and digital guides
  • Personalized digital products or services
  • Digital consultations or coaching sessions
  • Memberships or subscriptions
  • Gift cards or promotional offers
